Assessment Validity
Will the decisions you make based on information from behavioral assessments stand up to a legal challenge?
One of the first questions you will want to ask a provider of assessments is, "Have your assessments been validated?" Validation means that the information in the reports is statistically accurate. All of Romano & Sanfilippo's assessments have been validated.
Validation takes an enormous amount of time, effort and a lot of expense - generally more than most providers care to spend. In many cases, certain providers are not even able to certify validity of their assessments because they have not been in use long enough to accumulate the amount of responses required for validation.
Romano & Sanfilippo will confidently compare our behavioral questionnaire and assessment to any other behavior questionnaire in the world. This confidence comes from extensive research and validation of a database of millions of people. Numerous studies of face validity, construct validity and predictive validity have been conducted started in the 1980's with ongoing research continuing over the past eighteen years. Our confidence gives you confidence.
Don't put your career and reputation at risk. Choose a provider that can help your company stay out of court.
